The project involved the full redecoration of 20 guest rooms within a 30-day programme, alongside selected exterior painting works, all carried out within a live luxury hotel environment.

Interior Painting & Full Decoration

The internal element of the project focused on the complete redecoration of 20 hotel rooms, each requiring careful preparation, repair, and finishing to meet the visual and practical demands of a high-end hospitality environment. Works included:
Full preparation of walls, ceilings, and woodwork prior to decoration.
Filling, making good, sanding, and smoothing damaged or worn surfaces.
Application of Dulux paints across all designated room areas.
Redecoration of walls, ceilings, skirting boards, architraves, and other joinery elements.
Finishing works designed to provide a clean, modern, and consistent look throughout the rooms.
Careful attention to detail around fixtures, fittings, sockets, and service points.
Protection of furniture, flooring, and adjoining surfaces during the works.
Final touch-ups and quality checks prior to room handover.
Each room was fully refreshed to improve appearance, restore surface quality, and ensure a uniform decorative standard across the hotel’s guest accommodation.

Exterior Windows

Alongside the internal programme, Decoration Touch also carried out exterior painting works to selected areas of the hotel façade. These works were designed to improve the building’s external presentation while helping protect surfaces against wear and weather exposure. Exteriors Works included:
Surface preparation to remove loose material and prepare for repainting.
Repair and making good of minor surface imperfections where required.
Application of suitable exterior coatings for durability and appearance.
Careful finishing to architectural details and visible external elements.
