Scope of Works

Living Room Redecoration

The living room required a complete decorative refresh, including wall preparation and painting to create a striking, high-end finish. The rich dark blue tone chosen for the walls brought depth and warmth to the room, while the crisp white detailing created contrast and definition. Works included:

Preparing wall surfaces for a smooth and even finish.

Filling and sanding minor imperfections & priming.

Applying high-quality paint to all main wall surfaces.

Careful cutting-in around ceiling details, corners and trim.

Painting around fitted shelving and decorative wall features.

Ensuring a uniform finish across all visible surfaces.

Special care was taken around the feature shelving area, mouldings and ceiling lines to preserve the clean geometry of the design and enhance the overall visual impact of the room.

Door, Frames & Joinery Finishing

In addition to the wall decoration, the project also included refinishing the door and surrounding woodwork, helping to unify the overall appearance of the space and elevate the finish. Works included:

Surface preparation of the internal door and surrounding frames.

Sanding and smoothing woodwork for a clean topcoat finish.

Filling any minor marks or surface blemishes.

Priming and undercoating where needed.

Applying finishing coats to door surfaces, architraves and trims.

Detailed brushwork around edges and corners for a crisp finish.
