Scope of Works

Media Unit Recreation

Reconstruction of a custom-built media wall with recessed TV housing and integrated electric fireplace
Reformation of symmetrical alcove shelving units on both sides for display and storage.
Installation of concealed LED lighting within shelving niches to enhance depth and ambience.
Surface preparation and application of a specialist decorative finish to achieve a polished, concrete-style effect.
Integration of cable management systems for a clean, clutter-free appearance.

Full Redecoration Works

Preparation of all walls and ceilings including filling, sanding, and priming.
Fixing the cracked and damaged walls and the adjoining areas.

Challenges & Solutions

Large Feature Surface Finish: Achieving a flawless, uniform finish across the full media wall required careful multi-stage preparation to eliminate visible imperfections.
Integrated Services and Wiring: Concealing cables for the TV, fireplace, and LED lighting was essential to maintain a clean aesthetic, achieved through precise planning and hidden routing.
Bespoke Joinery: Ensuring both sides of the media unit were perfectly aligned required accurate measurements and skilled installation to maintain balance.
Lighting Integration: Installing LED lighting within recessed shelving without visible fixtures demanded careful detailing to achieve a subtle, seamless glow.
Clean Edges and Detailing: Multiple internal corners and junctions required sharp cutting-in and finishing to keep lines crisp and uninterrupted
